Application Procedure
District Cooling & Gas Services
Registration & Activation
- To Register, Activate for District Cooling /Gas Service please visit South Energy Website and look for the “Customer Portal” to log in with your credentials. If there is no existing account, please Sing Up for new account.
- After logging-in, navigate to the section that allows the customer to manage the services. This section labeled as “New Service”.
- Choose the new service require to activate (District cooling / Gas Service).
- Provide necessary documentation and follow the steps to complete the process
Corporate Customers
- Valid Trade License
- TAX Registration Certificate
- Emirates ID (Authorized Signatory/Power of Attorney)
- Initial Contract Sale/Title Deed (Owner)/Ejari Copy (Tenant)
Individual Customers
- Passport Copy or Emirates ID
- Initial Contract Sale/Title Deed (Owner)
- Ejari Copy (Tenant)
De-Activation
- To deactivate/disconnect of District Cooling /Gas Service please visit South Energy Website and look for the “Customer Portal” to log in. If there is no existing account, please Sing Up to create a new account.
- After logging-in, navigate to the section that allows the customer to manage the services. This section labeled as “Cancel Service”.
- Choose the service require for deactivation/disconnection (District cooling / Gas Service).
- Provide necessary documentation and follow the steps to complete the process
Corporate Customers
- Initial Contract Sale/Title Deed (Owner)/ Ejari Copy (Tenant)
Individual Customers
- Passport Copy or Emirates ID
- Initial Contract Sale/Title Deed (Owner)/Ejari Copy (Tenant)
New Buildings NOCs - District Cooling
All new buildings are required to obtain District Cooling NOCs during design and construction. NOC requests that are related the building design and construction are all routed through Dubai South Development Control Department. For more details, you may contact: imran.mushtaq@dacc.ae
South Energy is providing guidelines to developers and contractors for district cooling. Developers, consultants or contractors undertaking the design and construction of the system are responsible to comply with the guidelines and obtain the relevant approvals and NOCs.
