South Energy carried out detailed energy audit for multiple allied staff accommodation facilities and identified energy and water savings measures. South Energy was appointed as the ESCO for this project.
HVAC System was retrofitted in the old accommodation; 76 AC window units were replaced with high energy efficient split AC units.
Water System was retrofitted for both new and old accommodations; 507 water saving devices were installed.
The project resulted in more than 30% savings for Electricity and 53% for water consumption.
