South Energy acts as the energy service company (ESCO) delivering turnkey energy projects with savings guarantees.

Guaranteed Energy Saving Contracts

    • Under Guaranteed Saving contracts, South Energy shall undertake the design, engineering, project implementation, Operation & Maintenance.
    • The financial investment for the capital and O&M costs shall come from the customer.
    • The savings are guaranteed by South Energy and any shortfall of the savings shall be compensated to the customer.
Energy Management Services Pricing

Shared Energy Saving Contracts

Under Shared Saving contracts, South Energy shall finance the project in addition to the design, engineering, and construction of the ECMs proposed. South Energy gets paid a fraction of savings at an agreed percentage ratio. Over the period of shared saving contract, South Energy shall be responsible for operation and maintenance of the ECMs implemented.
